His professional journey spans critical areas including Verification Services, RCU / FRCU / FCU operations, BGV & EBC, Call Center Management, Audits, CPA, and Personal Discussion (PD) activities. Over the years, he has successfully partnered with and led operations for some of the most respected organizations in the industry, including ICICI Bank, Tata Capital, Barclays Finance, PAMAC, Serco BPO, Onicra Credit Rating India Ltd., KMSPL, and Brighto - a testament to his credibility, leadership, and execution excellence.
Mr. Arora is widely recognized for his exceptional communication abilities and strong people-management skills, enabling him to effectively collaborate across all levels of business and management. His comprehensive understanding of Branch Operations, Loan Products, Credit Assessment, and Risk Management frameworks allows him to drive quality-focused and compliant outcomes.

We are pleased to welcome Mr. Sanjeev Maini as President of SkyHigh Vigilance LLP, bringing with him a distinguished career in the Verification Industry spanning over two decades since 1997. His extensive experience and deep industry understanding add significant strength to our leadership team.
Mr. Maini has worked with several prestigious and reputed organizations, including Airtel, Mint, Barclays, ICICI, HDFC, among many others. He is also the Founder of Accurate Finserve and has held key executive positions at Lord Krishna Financial Services and Finwizz Financial Services, where he played an instrumental role in building and managing robust verification operations.
Widely respected for his expertise in field resource management, Mr. Maini is known in the industry for his calm, composed leadership style and strong problem-solving abilities. His hands-on approach, combined with strategic insight, enables effective decision-making even in complex operational environments.
